Pretty decent quality product for the incredible price. This harness is not the step in Velcro type but rather loop over head then put arms through & then fasten via a metal clip at the back which has an extended portion for the leash to clip on. Not the best fit imo but secure enough. The S size fit my 4.5 kg cat. She was not very happy with it but as with collars etc. it takes getting used to.
